Inner Cities








Part landscape, part mindscape, this series of mixed media pieces are layers of collage and colour that connect the past with the present. Exploring urban shapes and incorporating found ephemera collected over a period of 20 years, the paintings reflect the idea of how we journey through life, collecting memories and stories as we navigate our way along our own individual paths, surrounding ourselves with objects infused with personal importance and emotional attachment as we go.
